Introduction to The Work of Byron Katie:
Many people have now heard of the beautiful process called The Work. It consists of 4 simple questions that you can use whenever you are fearful, frustrated, angry or sad.
Its an inquiry, a form of meditation, where you get still with the questions and watch your "story" and what appears from deep within, when you question the surface.
You connect to what you know deep down, - deeper than your thinking and your thoughts.
This evening you will learn how to actually practise The Work.

The workshop is given in english (with lots of help as I speak a lot of swedish)..
